The internet service was UTTERLY unreliable . I needed a stable connection for work and it was a constant struggle. the lack of staff availability after 5 pm was inconvenient. I had a question about local amenities and there was NO one to ask, unacceptable.

I appreciated the easy self check-in process. It made my arrival smooth. the free locker storage was a big help since i had a late flight. having access to a bathroom after storing my luggage felt very thoughtful.
the hallway had a slight odd smell.
